Rhiza Crates — Terms of Use

Rhiza Crates is provided by Rhiza Music as a curated music discovery service for approved playlisters, music programmers, background music providers and related media partners.

By accessing this site, streaming the crates or requesting curator access, you agree to use the music and materials only in line with these terms.

1. Access

Access to the curator area is provided at Rhiza Music’s discretion. We may approve, refuse, suspend or remove access at any time.

You must provide accurate contact details, including your name, email address, company and position, when requesting access.

2. Permitted use

Tracks made available through Rhiza Crates are supplied for review, auditioning and public performance / background music playlisting purposes only.

This includes use within venue playlists, background music services and similar public performance environments, subject to your usual public performance licences and reporting obligations.

3. No sync rights included

No synchronisation rights are granted through Rhiza Crates.

You may not use any track in advertising, branded content, film, TV, games, social media video, online video, app content or any other use where music is synchronised with moving image, unless separate written permission has been granted.

4. Audio assets and metadata

Approved curators may access downloadable audio files, alternative versions where available, and track metadata via Disco playlists and linked Google Sheets.

Metadata is provided to support playlisting, reporting and rights administration. Please use the current version of the relevant Disco playlist and metadata sheet.

5. Rights and reporting

Rhiza Crates music is made available for public performance / background music use only, subject to applicable rights-holder, publisher, collection society and venue licensing arrangements.

You are responsible for ensuring that any public performance, reporting, usage logging or licensing requirements relevant to your service, clients, territories or venues are properly handled.

6. No redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, upload, share, sublicense or make the audio files available to any third party outside your authorised organisation or client workflow without written permission from Rhiza Music.

7. Updates

Rhiza Crates are living playlists and may be updated from time to time. Tracks may be added, removed or replaced without prior notice.
